Clint Phillips



Clint Phillips is the Division Chief of Business and Corporate Law, as well as Civil Litigation, with Christman Ramsey & Foster, PC. He brings almost three decades of legal experience to Christman Ramsey & Foster, P.C.

Clint began his legal career in 1994 when he opened his own law firm, Law Offices of C.E. Phillips, where he successfully tried civil and criminal cases. He later served as Partner/Managing Partner at the Johnson, Ferguson, Pipkin & Phillips law firm from 1996 through 2008. In 2008, he struck out on his own again and opened the Law Offices of Clinton E. Phillips, where he still practices today. He concurrently practiced law at Ramsey Foster, P.C. beginning in 2015 and brings this significant experience and knowledge to his current role in the firm.

Clint studied at Texas Christian University (TCU) in Ft. Worth and graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He went on to graduate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1990 with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence.

Currently, Clint enjoys spending time in Wyoming and is licensed to practice law there as well as in Texas. He has been admitted to practice in Eastern, Southern and North Federal District Courts in Texas, and in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

When he is not practicing law, Clint can be found in the great outdoors of Wyoming hiking wooded trails with his wife, Robin, or hunting and fishing with his dogs, Sam and Rooster. He is an avid reader and during the winter months can be found by his fireplace working on his own version of the Great American Novel.
